How can i notify my guests about the option of Credit gifts?

On the day of the event u can easily send your guests a text message with a unique link allowing them to send you a gift.

How long before the gifts are transferred to my account?

On the morning after the event, the gifts, blessings and photos will appear in the gifts page. The gifts will be transferred to your account within 7 business days from the day of the event.

Can the guests use installments when sending a gift?

Absolutely! Your guests can use up to six payments when sending a gift. Keep in mind, you will receive the total sum of the gift and will not be aware whether the gift was divided or not.

How will i know which guest sent me a gift using this service?

Every guest receives a unique link allowing them to send a secure and identifiable gift. On the morning after the event, the gifts, blessings and photos will appear in the gifts page.

What is the last date to sign up for the service?

Because using the service requires the approval of several authenticating documents, signing up and uploading needs to happen at least 7 business days prior to the date of the event.
