They used to do it like this...

The most advanced technology when it came to event planning was pen and paper. Communication between you and your vendors was clumsy and far from efficient. Time to forget about the fax machine and move forward to a world where technology works for you and not the other way around.

A floor plan created just for you!

All you need to do is drag and drop guest names into the desired table
  • Where is the dance floor?

With a detailed overview of the event's floor plan, you can make sure your friends are seated next to the dance floor and grandma doesn't have to suffer from the noise the speakers make!
  • Who needs a special dish?

Use the seating arrangements feature to mark for yourself and the venue where guests with specific requirements are located.
  • Full sync with the RSVP service

Every update received through the RSVP service effects the seating arrangements. For example, a guest you seated changed from 1 to 2 guests? The amount seated in the table will change accordingly!
  • No guest is left unseated

At any moment you can view the guests you haven't seated yet in order to follow your progress. In addition, you can always print a copy for the family representative, with a sketch and an updated guest list!
  • Need another table? No more faxes or Emails!

The event manager, creating your specific floor plan, can always add or move a table with regards to changes made during the seating and RSVP process. All you have to do is just refresh the page and keep going!
  • How will my guests know where they are seated?

If the venue provides seating services, your guest list and seating arrangements is waiting at the reception desk on a designated iPad! If not? You can always work with a printed list and seating cards.
